All my life [ Part 7 ]

       After Amber has gone home, Krystal is fully awake and doing her morning routine.

       Meanwhile, Amber runs down the stair only to see her mum and auntie is sleeping on the sofa in the living room.

" Wow ! They sleep in the living room ? They sure had many things to talk about. Better wake mum up ", Amber mumbled and walked to her mum.

" Mum, wake up " , Amber shook her mum softly.

" Ow.....my back. Hurts a lot " , she groaned.

" I never know you prefer the sofa than a bed " , Amber chuckled.

" Yah ! Yah ! Don't tease me, anyway what time is it now ? "

" 10 minutes to 7. Let's go home, mum " , Amber dragged her mum .

" Go prepare yourself first. I need to talk to her a bit " , her mum said.


" Alright " , Amber said and made her way home.

She keeps smiling wider and wider.
What make her smile so much ?

AMBER'S POV 

Krystal shocked face always pop up in my mind.

So cute ! Oh how much I miss her smile, her shocked face, her annoyed look, her sad expressions.

Now I'll be occupied by your looks ! How can I concentrate if your face keep showing up like this ?

I'm glad, though. I can see you everyday, go to the same class, chit chat, spending more time together,...........aah I just love my life.

God does take a pity on me, he sent Krys to me !

Hmm........I wonder if she used to have boyfriends. Ho come on, she's truly an angel falling from the sky.
Everyone is amazed by her beauty, men would all go crazy for her.

Should I ask her whether or not she had gotten herself a boyfriend ? I think I should.

And does she love me ?
Love me in another way beside sister relationship ?
Do I stand a chance to gain that love from her ?

Urghh........this flusters me.

I should continue loving her in that kind of way, no ?
What will auntie react when she knew that I love her daughter ?
How about mum ? Well, she doesn't seem to have a problem, I think.

Alright ! You stupid Amber ! Be optimistic, stay calm, and think about the problem one by one.

You got classes to attend ! Don't you dare dread these things, everything has got its solution.

Follow you morning routine and wait for Krystal at her door, so that you can go to school together.

Got it ? Got it . Good.

-- 15 Minutes Later --

" All done " , I managed to catch a glimpse of my reflection in the mirror.

I bubbly coming down the stairs.

" Morning mum, what's for breakfast ? " , I sniffed the good smell that fly from the kitchen.

" Just toasts " , mum said while pouring milk into a glass for me.

I sit down, facing my lovely mummy. I munch the toasts when mum started a conversation.

" So how do you feel ? " , mum asked . Ookey, that freaked me out. 

" Feel about what ? " , I'm bewildered.

" About seeing little Krystal, of course. I know you miss her all the time " , she gave out a small smile.

" Oh ! I'm elated, mum. It's implausible. I never thought I could see her again, but it's contradict my thoughts " , I know I'm grinning ear to ear, showing my teeth.

" You're that happy, huh ? "

" Absolutely. Also, aren't you glad you meet Mrs.Jung ? "

" Hahaha, of course I'm glad. Now I have a friend to talk to. Anyway, you going to school with Krystal, right ? " , mum bite a toast.

" Yup, I'm fulled. I'm going, bye mum ", Amber kissed her mum's cheek and left.

" Wow, she's faster than normal " , her mum mumbled.

BACK TO KRYSTAL ( KRYSTAL'S POV ) 
-----------------------------

" Honey, did you have a good sleep ? " , mum asked me.

" Sort of " , I replied with my palm on my right cheek where Amber's kissed.

" Erm.......anything wrong, sweetie ? " , mum asked, concerned.

I quickly put my hand down to side and reply,

" Nothing, mum "

" Oh ! It's almost time, here's your breakfast " , mum placed a bowl in front of me.

" Cereal ? ", I asked. I don't like cereal ! She nodded. 

" Mum, at least make something better " ,  I pouted.

" Sorry, sweetie. I kind of woke up late " , she sipped her hot coffee.

I finished my food in a flash.

" I'm ready. Let's go mum " , I grabbed my backpack and dashed to the door.

At the very moment, I open the door....

" Good morning again, Krys " , Amber smile brightly at me.

" Aaah " , I half-screamed not to mention I stumbled backward. You're scaring the hell out of me ! 
" Yah ! You want to kill me or something ? " , I placed my hand on my chest and glare at her.

" Kekeke.....sorry " , she keeps smiling.

" Oh ! Amber " , my mum came out.

" Good morning auntie " , Amber greeted.

" Morning, are you going to school ? " , mum asked. Of course she is. 

" Yes " , Amber nodded fast.

" Come. I'm taking Krys to school too " , mum suggested.

" Sure auntie "

AT SCHOOL ( narrator's POV )

" Thank you, auntie. Drive carefully " , Amber said.

" Have fun, kids " , Mrs.Jung drove off.

Krystal and Amber start to walk to the entrance where they meet Luna.

" Hello " , Luna gave both of them a fierce pat on the back.

" Ouch " , they exclaimed at the same time.

" Interesting.........
  Why are you two coming out from the same car ? " , Luna squeezed into the middle.

" We're neighbors " , Krystal answered coldly.

They talk about some random stuffs, actually Krystal doesn't say a word, she only listens.
They stop at the hall where a crowd can be seen and conversations of others can be heard.

" Man, she's gorgeous " , a male student said.

" Shouldn't she be here next week ?" , another male student asked.

" Who cares, woah I really love school now " , another male student butted in.

" Yeah, the other two girls yesterday ain't bad either " , another male student spoke.


" The two girls yesterday ? Are they talking about me ? ", Krystal asked, confused.

" I guess so. These boys should learn to seal their mouths. Hey, Luna. Are they talking about the Chinese transferred student you told us about ? " , Amber asked.

No answer .

They look around and find no sight of Luna.

" You're right. She's like a ghost " , Krystal nodded slowly.

" Hi Soo Jung, Hi Amber " , Jinri poked their shoulders.

" Morning Jinri " , they said in unison.

" Call me Sulli from now on, but only you two and Luna.

  Why are there many students here ? " , Sulli smiled as usual, looking at the crowd.

" Dunno " , Amber said while Krystal shrugged.

RINGG................

All the students rush to their classrooms.

The hall is clear with just only two people talking, more like gesturing. And one of them appeared to be Luna.

" Oh look, Luna " , Sulli walked to Luna who is doing hand gestures.

" She was there the whole time ? ", Krystal is surprised.

" How would I know ? I was with you the whole time " , Amber chuckled.

" You ......go ......school.......here " , Luna spoke in her broke English.

" Unnie, she doesn't seem to understand what you've said " , Sulli giggled.

Amber and Krystal stared blankly at the pretty girl.

" Amber ! She's the transferred from China " , Luna said excitedly.

" Oh " , Amber mumbled.

" So, the mop of students in the hall a moment ago is just because of her ? Gosh " , Krystal spoke.

" Hey, don't say like that. Frankly, she's truly gorgeous " , Sulli smiled at that one particular person.

Although the new student is dumbfounded, she gives out a warmth smile.

" Hi ", Amber greeted in Chinese which shocked the girl.

" Oh why, hello. You can speak Chinese ? " , she replied in Chinese.

" Eventually, I'm Chinese " , Amber flashed a smile.

" Ah.....my name's Song Qian. Nice to meet you " , she held out her hand.

" I'm Yi Yun, nice to meet you too " , Amber shook her hand.

Both of them shook hands while the other three have no ideas about what they've heard.
Suddenly. Krystal remembered something.

" Hellooo ? The bell rang 5 minutes ago "

" Oh snap, we're late ! ", Sulli panic.

" The teacher ganna kill us " , Luna ran off. Followed by Sulli. Krystal was about to do the same but she noticed that Amber is still talking to Song Qian.

" Aren't you coming ? " , she asked , frowned.

" We can't leave her here, can we ? " , Amber replied

" Do you know where your class is ?  " , Amber asked the new girl in Chinese.

" Well, I was looking for this room before I was surrounded by the others " , she hand over a piece of paper.

" Great, she's in our class " , Amber, without any further delay, grabbed Krystal and Song Qian's hand and dashed off.

As soon as they get in front of the door, Amber barged in and exclaimed,

" Sorry teacher, I'm late " , she bowed a bit . What caught her eyes are Sulli and Luna is standing at the back of the classroom, pouting.

" Hmm.....you're 7 minutes late. Go stand there with them. No excuses " , the teacher pointed to Sulli and Luna direction without even glance at Amber.

" But sir, Soo Jung and I were escorting the new student here " , Amber said.

" Oh, is that why you're late ? And where is she now ? " , the teacher looked at Amber.

" She's here " , Amber pushed her in and tell her in Chinese, " Get in the class " .

Song Qian walks in and stops in front of the students. She introduced herself.

" Hello, my name is Song Qian. Nice to meet you all. Please take good care of me " , she spoke in English.

" Amber, Soo Jung, and Song Qian, you may go to your seats " , the teacher said.

" And sir, Jinri and Luna were- " , Amber was cut off.

" Miss.Amber, would you like to join them ? "

" No, sir. "

" Then go to your seat and be quiet "

" Yes, sir " , Amber obliged. She sat down and looked at her standing friends and whispered ' sorry '.

Urghh......why is time going so slow ? , Sulli thought.
Next time, I shouldn't be too eager to talk to someone new, Luna thought.

KRYSTAL'S POV 
----------------------------

Poor Luna and Sulli. They deserved it, though for leaving me and Amber. Ow.....look so sad, no worries only 45 minutes to go. Hahaha.

Eh ? Song Qian is sitting next to Amber ? Why ?

They both talk a lot during class and since they're at the back, the teacher doesn't notice much.

What is it they are talking about ? Can't wait for break time ?

Look ! Amber isn't concentrating on the lesson ! Yah ! What is this Song Qian anyway ? Why does she attract Amber so much ?

" Miss Soojung ? Could you read the first paragraph please ? " , the teacher said, well, for the third time.

" Yes, sir. "

Now that I finished my reading, why do I even bother to think about them ? I'm really annoyed.

RINGGGG.................

" Finally " , Sulli and Luna exclaimed and lazily walked to their seats to massage their legs.

" How was standing ? " , I chuckled.

" Oh........It was so much fun. Why don't you do it sometimes ? " , she talked in sarcasm.

" I knew it's fun, that why I asked. And since it's so much fun, you should stand often " , I smirked.

" Everyone gather around Song Qian. Can't she breathe in there ? " , Sulli changed the topic and looked at Song Qian's direction.

" Aish ! They go crazy for her. Come on, she's just a girl " , I rolled my eyes. Seriously, what is so special about her ?

" Huh ? Sulli ? " , I kind of shocked.

She was with me 5 seconds ago, and right now she's swimming through the flood of students only to get to see Song Qian. Aish !

Amber sure is having a good time. Laughing, smiling, talking, gesturing .....

Hey, don't smile too much. Don't look at her like that.

Say, am I angry ? And why ? I know she's friendly but this is over the limit. She doesn't even give a glimpse at me ! Hmpf........

" Hey " , I heard a male voice. Is he talking to me ?

" Erm....hi " , I glanced at him. Oh wait , he looks like someone. I took a close a look, OMG !

" Long time no see, little K " , he sat down next to me.

" Hey, how have you been ? You look a lot more handsome " , I smiled .

" Hahahaha...........you made me nervous " , he scratched his head and asked,

" When did you come to Korea ? "

" Last week. And what are you doing at the school ? " , I asked. He doesn't seem to be a student.

" Can't tell , but you'll find out soon " , he smirked, " I'm going now , have a nice day " .

" Ok "

He walked off. Then the bell went off again which means class starts ! Maths ? Sooooo boring.

Works, loads of works. Discussions, and LUNCH BREAK ! 

I just had a sandwich and come back to class. The cafeteria was too crowd and noisy.

Where's Amber ? I bet she must be with Song Qian again. Me, alone in the classroom.

I want to go home already.....

Tic Toc Tic Toc ........ 

Yay ! Time to go home. I rushed to the school gate without waiting for Amber, Sulli, or Luna.
I guess they still drooling over Miss.Song..

A few minutes of waiting,
I feel a soft hug behind my back. It wouldn't take long for me to notice who it is.

" There you are. Why didn't you wait for me ? "

" You still notice the presence of me, huh ? I thought your mind was only occupied by Song Qian. "

" Of course not. It was just I got stuck in the crowd. What's more, she asked me to help her translate.
  Ermm........are you jealous ? "

" N-no. Wh- Why would I be jealous ? " eventually that question brought me to thinking. Why am I being like this ? 
I was angry when she was with Song Qian. 
Then I don't feel like talking to her or seeing her face. 
Feel so sad and abandoned because she didn't bother talking or looking at me . 
Yet, when she hugged me, I forgot how angry I have been. 
Arghh......what is wrong with me ? Am I sick ? 

" Aww.......so cute " , what ? 

Sulli and Luna are right in front of us, smiling. When did they come ? How come I don't know ?

" Next time, don't hug at school. People will gossip, you know " , Luna told us. Upon hearing that, I try to struggle from Amber's grip but she's much stronger than me . 

" I don't care. " , Amber said. Yah ! This is Korea not America ! 

" Well, just be careful. I don't want you to be known as a les. Oh I'm going now " , Luna said and hopped into her car.

Sulli giggles. She stares and giggles. Aish. 

" Is she your girlfriend ? " , I heard Song Qian's voice and I don't understand a word. 

Amber suddenly let go of me and puts her arms to her sides. She looks so awkward.

" N-NO, she's just my be-best friend ", she stuttered

Why are they talking about ? Alright, I'm totally pissed off right now. In front of Song Qian, she release me so quickly but when we were with the others, she acted normal. Why ? 

" Haha ...... I'm kidding. Your face is priceless." , Song Qian laughed.

Hmm......I should start learning Chinese from now on. I need to understand what they are talking about. 

" I have to go now. Bye guys. Bye Song Qian unnie " , Sulli waved good bye. Did she call ' Song Qian ' unnie ? 

" Bye Sulli " , Song Qian said, " she's so cute " , she gave out a dreamy smile.

" Really ? You think so ? " , Amber said. Hello I'm here, at least say something in English so I can understand ! 

" Yeah....my car's here. See you tomorrow " , Song Qian said and smile at me . At me ? Weird .... I barely talk to her, no, I haven't said a word to her. 

" She's lovely " , Amber mumbled.

" Shut up. I don't want to hear anything from her " , I shot her with a glare.

" Don't tell me you're jealous " , she nudged me but I remain silent.

" Ok, change the topic. When will auntie pick us up ? " , she asked, acting innocent.

" I got a text from her. She said she's with your mum at the mall and she can't pick us up. So we have to get home by our own. Any bus stops near by ? " ,

" I see......and yup, there's a bus stop near here. Only a 10 minute walk " , she nodded and lead the way.
